Terms & Conditions for Parking Permits
All parking in Harbour Areas is controlled by parking permits. You can apply for a parking permit if you meet one of the following criteria:
- The owner of a commercial vessel.
- The owner of a registered fishing vessel.
- Any person whose place of work is at leased premises on the pier.
Parking permits will not be provided until payment is made in full.
Parking Area Charge – no guaranteed space and must be parked in a designated parking space.

Marine Services require the information on this form to enable us to process your Parking Permit Application. All the information will then form the basis of any agreement.
The Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 is the legal basis for the Council processing your personal information.
