We require a Clerical Assistant to join an established Support Services Team which provides all aspects of clerical and administrative support within the Service. You will be required to undertake a wide variety of duties within this demanding environment.

A good level of experience in reception and general administrative duties, dealing with the public, Microsoft Office packages and management database systems are essential.

Responsible to the Office Manager, you will have a good understanding of office systems and procedures. You must be highly motivated and have a flexible and positive approach to all aspects of work. Your communication and organisational skills must be of the highest standard as you will be required to work on your own initiative, or as part of a team, and with the general public.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision will also be some of your main strengths as these qualities are crucial within this role.

You should hold a minimum of SVQ3 or equivalent level qualification in an administration related subject.
