Notice is hereby given, under Orkney Harbour Areas (Vehicles) Byelaws 1984 section 4 “Vehicles unattended or immoblilised,” to the person/s or Company/s owning or responsible for leaving a crane (the details of which are shown below) at Backaland Pier, Eday in the area of the transit shed are given 28 days from the date of this notice to remove the crane.

If after 28 days the crane has not been removed it will be moved to a storage area at Hatston, Kirkwall.

 

If after a further 28 days:-

 

 

 

Marine Services will instigate and complete the disposal of the crane. All costs associated with this being paid for from any funds obtained as a result of the disposal procedure
