Enterprise Areas
The Scottish government has designated two key locations in Orkney as Enterprise Areas. The designated areas are
| LYNESS HOY | 6.9 hectares |
| HATSTON KIRKWALL | 10 hectares |
These areas will have enterprise area designation for a 5 year period from April 2012.
Rate rebates are up to £55,000 per annum
